Yes, Folks.  I actually saw this on the window of a house that a sweet couple put an offer on.  The "contractor" was attempting to finish the house.....and that wasn't the only rejection sticker on the windows!

After a quick trip to Building and Development not only did I learn a lot more about the work being done on the home but I learned more about the subs who were doing the work.

Needless to say - with the information we gleaned through the research that was done on the property and the inconsistencies we found in the listing, my buyers withdrew their offer and found a less risky home in which to raise their two boys.
